    So happy to be back for this challenge. Had great results last year Aug-Oct Lost over 20 lbs. Mostly need to get into exercise routine again. Did well Nov-Dec. This last month finding old habits slipping back in. This challenge helps me more than anything I have ever done. Thanks @RangerRickL
