Jail house fit...

I’m a working husband and father . I’m always trying to find ways to get very physically fit. My wife and I were watching one of our shows we like to watch . It was a documentary type style on prison culture . I notice they were very strong aft physically fit with the use of no weights . It looks like they did a ton of push ups and pull ups they used what limited items they had access to. My question is it possible to get physically fit at home with just using your body weight as your resistance, as long as you work out each body part you’re trying to improve ?

    Of course. There is a website with workouts called "Convict Conditioning."

    Although, you gotta admit those guys have a lot of time to do their routines. Most of us have an hour- if that - daily. It's that whole pesky job/family thing I guess. :lol:

    You can check out "You Are Your Own Gym" (YAYOG) programs, too. Same idea, progressive body weight programs.
