Hello, I am a Swede living in Switzerland, bin overweight most of my life. Was mobbed in school and eating was the way I went. Have been trying doing exercise and martial art and has helped it not go totally out of control. But found out with 25 that I have an Aorta Valve Problem ( only having 2 flaps instead of 3), never saw and a direct problem with it. But with my second marriage and my sofar only kid I was in a marriage where I need to do everything work and take care of my son and it went so far I got problem with my colon and needed surgery, small one first in Sep 2011 then Feb 2012 a week before my 50 b-day, the second one did not want to heal well so I got a Stoma in Sep 2012 I also got separated from my Second Wife and got Custody of my Son. They then found I had a big Fistel nest deep in my colon, but because I had not had a Heart checkup in many years I was sent to a Heart Specialist he directly phoned the Hospital to get an appointment to swallow a camera so they could see my Heart problem better because my Heart was very Big. There they found that I had been born with the Aorta Valve Problem and that my Aorta now Was 5 cm in diameter ( 4.5 is very dangerous). So was a bit of a chock. Then had a Surgery in Nov 2012 to fix the infection in my Colon, was then 2 more time on the surgery table in Jan 2018 because of problems with the healing. At the end of Feb 2013, I had my Heart Surgery all went well, The had the had 3 more colon surgery and 1 more to take the Stoma away so since Nov 2014 no more Hospital. I Meet my current wife online in Feb 2014, and visit her in Thailand Spring of 2014, She visit Me in beginning of 2015 and I joined Mfp in April 2015 with 121 Kg I then lost down to 98 Kg for Sep 2015 after that my gradely has come back and I Was 118 Kg this Easter. Then found on Youtube something about Water fast and dis 2 73 Hours fast over the 2 weekend after Easter lost weight but thought this can not be the way not eating a whole weekend, started searching found Dr. Berg and need OMAD videos and now found OMAD revolution for around 2 weeks ago. Now trying and have 22 hours fast windows and 2-hour eating. So far ok except when my Wife cooking she is a 5* Asian cook so very nice food and plenty of it.

Forgot Have HPB and take Medication
Also, need medication for my Mechanic Valve Blood thinner

    Thanks for listening

Wow you've had a lot of set backs in your life but it's great how you've overcome them. Doing OMAD will hopefully help with your HBP. Welcome and good luck :)

    Hi,
My username is OMAD or DIE because I feel like that is exactly where I am. You can call me OOD, for short, until I'm brave enough to "out" myself, LOL!

    Starting weight:
On Feb 1, I was at my setpoint weight (since 1999) of 358lbs.
I started IF and had some success, then an injury had me on a 3 day water-only fast (didn't feel like eating) and this morning I was 320, but I know that now I've started eating, I will probably gain a little weight back. So, let's call the OMAD starting weight 325.

    Goal weight:
After college, I stabilized at 160lbs. Wasn't thin, but didn't have to fret about food very much. If my body remembers that setpoint, I'd be a happy camper! Or, maybe set it at 158 so my total loss would be 200lbs.

    Height:
    5'6"

    Age:
    60

    Past Struggles:
Not pertinent at the moment. That's history, excuses, not taking care of myself, and low self-worth. Today is the only day that matters.

    OMAD window:
2-6pm, but probably more like 4:30-6

    OMAD start date:
    May 14, 2018

    Hi y'all. I'm new.

Started with Omad on Monday. I was 156.2lbs. I want to lose fat and gain muscle, not too worried about weight. I am about 30lbs overweight but I don't think there's any muscle, just fat.

I'm not doing keto. I'm doing starch solution, so I don't know how successful Omad with starch solution will be as I've seen most people are doing keto.

I've been doing great with the food but not so great with the workouts.

I hope I'll learn a lot from you guys and be motivated.

Not everyone does low carb, OMAD should work no matter what you eat and if you just do the 1 plate rule you will lose :)

    Hi My name is Shannon
    5'9" wt 205 pounds
    Goal 159-169
Omad time -still tweaking the time but so far its 11am-3pm
have a very difficult time during work even though I'm very busy at work
Im a newbie also have been trying the intermittent fasting for a long time and keep on tripping getting back up again, , so glad I found this community . I am approx 50 pounds from my goal weight , I am trying to give less priority for food and more time for being healthy, I have really lost touch with my ability to know when I am truly hungry and just want to eat all the time , I really really really want to succeed with omad

Hi my name is candy my SW is around 89/90 kg my GW is 68 and I'm 4'11
I have done many forms of dieting but I've had the best results on omad.
My problem is I lose my focus after a week and then I'm back to square 1, I don't won't to yo-yo anymore so I will be starting my fast at 6pm tonight and my eating window will be between 4-6pm. I will do this and be successful at my weight lose.
