I hosted my book club ladies tonight and some one brought pizza dip, and I made fathead dough bread/chips, and yummy banana bread. I am worried about weigh in tomorrow- it didnt seem like alot of food at the time!
Exercise- housework all afternoon and after bookclub girls left.

@Fyreside PromPosal was a huge hit! We made big letters P R O M ? on poster board along with a sign that said "I have been so disTRACKted and this question has been RUNNING through my mind!". His girlfriend runs track and then his buddies all came and held.up the five poster boards. It was a hit! She said yes! Dress is bought, tux is ordered! We are all set! Thanks for asking! I am very proud of him...both of my boys...but this is definitely a special time.

Haha, Wow! That's pretty cool. We don't do prom's down under. Similar formal dances, but nothing quite as extravagant. Hence my curiousity.. I thought I wonder how you prepare for a promposal. I hope they have a great time, sounds like the stuff lasting memories are made from. :)

Well I just totally dropped the ball on late night eating. I mean it's not the end of the world, but boy am I disappointed with myself. Right there in my head were all the reasons not to.. Doing war with the hunger cravings from who knows where.. It's like you watch yourself screw it up and just can't put the brakes on.
I saw 243.3 on the scales a day ago, well on track to meet my goal for the week of getting under 110kg. But I'm a clean 2Lb up on that this morning.
Sigh.. Oh well, New day today and I will still hit my goal this week. Now I've just gone and upped the challenge level.

This is me exactly but instead of one night it's been all week!! Over cals and carbs almost every day this week. I was only 1.4 away from a big milestone but now it's probably more like 3.4 haha. What could've been done in a week will probably now take me 2 or 3!! Agghh

I hope you get back on track and don't let it turn into a week of over-snacking like I have!!

Ps - I better be in the 170s tomorrow or I will be ticked. Jus sayin.

@tinak33 Glad you were able to consolidate that. Being unwell is a tough way to lose, but at least you made it work.

I thought I had plateaued and my body found where it wanted to be at. I was surprised this morning when the scale showed I was under 185 lbs. The first 30 pounds came off fast but the last 20 is going to test my commitment.

Fryeside, thank you for your comments and motivation. I challenge you to keep under 20 carbs. Everything else will fall in place. I am opening my window between two and four. I made zero carb Deviled eggs with lots of green olives, tiny bit of mustard, Zero carb mayonnaise. I topped it with some paprika ( I used Smokey paprika ) and a wonderful spice called Everything but the Bagle Sesame Seasoning blend from Trader Joe’s. With that today, I had roast pork, also seasoned with Everything but the Bagle seasoning and snow peas with butter.

@ka97 That truly sucks, I'm sorry to hear about the crappy work situation, I get it. I really do, but you really have to take some time for yourself too. It's important, you're important and you're worth it and your goals are worth it and important!! Take care of yourself, please!! Hang in there, you got this. Remember, at work you can only do what you can do, and nothing more, don't let them get to you!!

@CourtneyLomonaco I'd be bummed too, have you tried massage, or heat packs, that usually helps me in that situation. Hang in there, you're still doing great, just be patient, it's much better to wait a little bit and make sure you're healed up, rather than do what I do and work through the pain and make it worse!!

@mexiconona I LOVE deviled eggs, I used to eat them all the time, but I also used to make them with sweet relish and without that, they just aren't the same, but the olives could be a game changer, thanks for sharing, I'm going to try that!!

@rlaratte The closer you get to goal, the slower the pounds come off, that's normal, hang in there you're doing great!!

@tinak33 I don't advocate for not eating as a means of losing weight, but sometimes being sick can be a blessing in disguise, especially when you manage to keep it off! Congrats!!

    Current weight 291.6

I won't lie! I am super pumped this week! Total 41.4lbs since January 1. I have a short term goal to get to 50 lost by June 30. That will totally keep me on pace to reach my ultimate goal of 100 lbs in 2018!

Also...I totally forgot to put down that after ball practice yesterday, I also did 60 minutes of aquafit. That is for my mental health too!!

    Happy Friday everyone!

Goals: Another big day, almost finished my camper renovations/upgrades. It hit -4c {bit under 25f} at my property the other night, so I'm really looking forward to getting the camper setup down there. I'm stepping things up from sleeping bag to duck down quilt. (Note: I really love the cold. But its nice to be warm in the cold.)

Hey, just want to share I hit my goal for the week and just weighed in at 109.9kg. Which is the least I've weighed in a very long time. Seems like I've definitely slid off my last plateau and I'm going to push hard to see if I can hit 100kg before the next one.

Oh I agree. I would never advocate not eating as a means of losing weight. It's not healthy, it's harmful to your body, and it's not sustainable.
I only lost a chunk of weight because I COULDN'T eat. Due to the stomach bug. I was pretty much stuck in bed for 2 days, and after that, I was drinking gatorade to get salt, sugar, hydration, electrolytes, etc... And attempting small bits of food ( I was logging, but not "counting"). But still couldn't eat normal.
Took a week to get back to relatively normal (over a week with NO COFFEE!!). But after that time, I expected to gain at least half that weight back. And instead I was closer to maintaining. So I'm happy that my weight didn't go up, and I'm happy that I was able to maintain it, and I'm happy that I am no longer sick!!! haha

    To the ladies:
Ever wake up with your T.O.M. and be like. “Huh. That explains so much”. Bloated, craving pizza and ice cream and Pop (weird for me) and crabbier than a crab.

But hey. Today is national wine day apparently so cheers to that!

Off to the gym. Treadmill day. Guess I should start my 5k Mudgirl training.

Except mine is not expected till end of next week.... so that doesn't explain the massive junk food craving I indulged in yesterday.... or the 10 hershey's kisses..... :D:D
