I am going to be out for 4 days holidays with family.
Currently i follow OMAD Monday - Saturday, where Sunday is my splurge day.
I am afraid and not sure how to mange these 4 days on OMAD since the family\friends dont know I follow it and neither would understand.

What works for me is skipping breakfast and will drink plain coffee ("I'm just not hungry in the morning guys"). Then, sometimes skipping lunch (perhaps the big meal is lunch?) is easy if the crowd is super busy. Also, if OMAD just seems impossible - I force a 4-5 hour eating window with no snacks. 20 hours fasted is obtainable, without causing family/friends to freak out.

Another tip: if breakfast or lunch is a HUGE meal, it is easy to say you are full for the next eating period.

It's all about the snacks, avoid the snacks.

And yes, once again... "I'm not hungry" works. Try it.

A positive of this eating lifestyle is learning to be more assertive with people. I have catered to picky eating and all kinds of neurotic dietary behaviors my entire adult life. Sorry folks, enough is enough.

    People will bend and adjust.
