Hello, my name is Tara out in California. I have been on websites similar to this one that didn’t work to well, so I figured I'd give this a try. I have been married now for about a year… it will be our anniversary on the 27th. However, my husband is overseas so we will have to wait on the celebration. He is stationed in Korea for a year, so he is due back in January 2010.
So I guess you can say that is my motivation. I have put on 40lbs since we got married and I hate it. I don’t like shopping for clothes anymore because nothing fits right. So I’m trying to loose at least 20lbs before he comes back by working out everyday. I don’t have the best eating habits since I work a lot (I’m in the service too) so I would like to know if anyone has any quick diet suggestions.
Thanks
Tara

Try packing things to keep with you like granola, fruit, low fat cheese sticks, and other healthy snacks and eat frequently planned meals. This has really worked for me in fact it is the only thing that works for me. Welcome and good luck!:flowerforyou:
