What are some good low carb packable lunches ?

I work overnight, and I'm struggling with keeping my lunches low carb because everything is closed. I've been just grabbing a bag of chips or something like that. What's some of your favorite low carb lunch ideas?

    Tuna or chicken salad, pimento cheese with raw veggie stix, smoked salmon with cream cheese & cucumber slices, dinner leftovers on a salad.

    I like to take salami or lunchmeat chicken or turkey, cheese, pickles, pepperoncinis, and spinach dip and put them in a tupperware. I can roll them up with whatever combo sounds good. Easy, fast, low carb.

    Greek yogurt with berries and sliced almonds. Yum!
