:happy: Hello all! I know it's goofy but I'm really excited that I found this site! My friend posted about it on facebook and I had to check it out. I'm trying to lose all the weight I put back on by being in a happy relationship and having a baby. I was 225, got down to 155lbs, then gained it all back. I know how to do it but here's my trouble- I am getting frustrated trying to juggle things with my 1 yr old daughter, and exercise routine! If there are any moms out there who have lots of weight to lose, like me, I'd really appreciate some advice on finding time to exercise. Thanks for all help and positive motivation!

hi! I'm a mom of two boys. 9 and 5. since we all have to get up early for school, I get up a little earlier and fit in my exercise or wait until they go to bed. Don't forget playing also adds up! It's not easy but I remind myself this time is important and it's for ME!!!0

I there. Same boat. I am a mother of a toddler. He is my pride and joy. So I want to get fit so I can spend many many years watching him grow.
