    Only lost 0.1, but I was travelling a lot this week which made it hard to workout and eat right. Compared to what I ate this week I'm grateful I didn't gain weight. It's hard to say no when someone buys you a delicious brownie.

    I had my second baby 3 months ago and am finding much harder to lose weight this time around! I need to start making better choices so I'm excited to join and be accountable!
