    Was arguing with a guy on a tennis forum I frequent after he posted that cardio is actually bad for your health, then proceeded to post a link to an article about marathon and elite endurance race athlete's risk of issues from over-training. The guys started arguing about cardio killing people and such. Another poster just added this:

    Yes, I'd say the greatest health crisis facing us today is people definitely doing too much cardio.

    That just made me chuckle.
