About 7 months into this and today was the first time in years I didn’t feel like the Loch Ness monster at the Lake. So glad I made this change and can’t wait to see a full years progress.38 -

I shared this on my profile as well. Recently broke up with a girl I dated on and off for 5 years. I let myself go big time, was depressed and all that other stuff. I allowed myself to get to my highest weight(on the right). In just 2 months I haven’t lost the “weight” on the scale but I have watched what I ate, eat at home all the time. I guess it’s kind of keto but not entirely. I’m just saying, this is just with a little dedication will do. I still have a good 30 lbs I want to lose, but I am extremely excited about the results so far!26 -

Right: (after): 100 lbs
This was from a couple years ago, I moved to Japan last year and now I'm back up to 108-111 lbs because I've been neglecting my diet and Japanese food is so good >_>
Currently working off those 10 lbs again lol32 -

Maybe a little ironic that it looks like the Loch Ness is behind you on the left side of your head in that photo

Great job, ladies. I was looking for inspiration this morning as I am back on here after a long break and regaining what weight I lost 4 years ago. Thank you for sharing and giving me some motivation. I took my future "before" pic just a few minutes ago so I will post once I have made some progress. Cheers!5
