Happy Sunday, everyone!
I saw 2 new daily lows this week. 203 even, which marks 30 MFP pounds lost, 40 total pounds gone. The next day I saw 202.9, then I popped back up like I always do. That fits my pattern, so I am good with that. It will probably be a few weeks before I see averages in the 202s.

I did weigh in on the 21st, but was too disgusted to post it. I've definitely ate back what little I lost plus some since then. I will not be successful in this challenge.7 -
Forcing myself to post this so I can look at it later and be all "heck yes you kicked that bad week in the ***!". A lovely combination of TOM + starting to lift heavy + increasing calories in order to roll more smoothly into maintenance. This is the part of the "dieting" that has KO'd me in the past. This time I will persist!!

Kudos to your patience and determination! So close to Onederland! Plus, Summer has officially started, which is good news for us to stay outside and stay active.3 -
I have about 2 weeks or so for my next weigh-in since earlier this month. I know I'm losing weight because I continue to have non-scale victories, such as, looser clothing, sugar cravings decreasing, better sleep, more energy, less edema flare ups etc...I also lost a few inches too. I sure hope my future Prince Charming isn't a "boob guy" because I have gone from a D cup to a C cup! I don't remember ever NOT being a DD or DDD cup! A sign of the times, eh?

Define success? When I have times that I do not hit my targets and I learn from them, still a success. I only fail if I don't learn and don't try again.

You're here. That's a success. Losing weight isn't always linear. My progress graph looks like a saw blade
Hang in there, and keep going. Most of us fall off the wagon at times, the key is to get right back on again.
We aren't perfect.
Big hug... no judgments here. Just support. Today's another day to try again.

Don't you hate it when that happens? I've kept most of my, uh, cup filling, this time around but yeah last time I lost a bunch of it.
Wish I could lose some of the junk in my trunk. However my face is thinner, I can feel bones in my shoulders that vanished a long time ago, and I found a sternum and some ribs I'd forgotten I had. My shoes fit better and my rings are looser.
Now if my belly would go away, that would be great... but that seems to be the last thing to go. It is smaller than it was... my spare tire has reduced from a tractor tire to a regular car sized tire. Maybe soon it will be one of those emergency 'donut' spare tires *snicker*.

My weight loss is very slow, thanks to my low thyroid. I have always given up in the past when I have gotten stuck on a plateau but this time I am not giving up. I am going to keep on exercising every day and eating healthy and tracking all my food and slowly but surely, I will continue to lose. It would be nice if I could lose 5 lbs in a month, but honestly, it took me three months to lose the last 5 lbs! That being said, it is my TOM so the 0.2 lb gain will hopefully turn out to be a 2-3 lb loss over the next week. Patience and persistence are my mantra.

LOL!! The tires..haha. Yeah I went from a giant donut to a medium muffin top! I started doing push-ups again, I hope that will make me more firm and voluptuous instead of reduced and saggy--I'm only 37--they shouldn't be sagging just yet! LOL!2 -
