30 Day Shred - Questions

So I'm looking into buying the 30 day shred. I know that there are 3 levels ranging from easier to harder levels. However, does one excersize at level 1 for a month? And then go to level 2?

Also, if I rent this from the library, theres no diet plan attached. Does anyone know where I can get the diet plans?

I'm looking to view all her DVDS because from all your helpful posts, she seems like shes giving you all some serious results!

    You're supposed to do each level for 10 days and then go on to the next one. So you would do level 1 for 10 days and then move on to level 2. I personally do it that way, but you definitely don't have to. I've seen other users on here who do some of the levels for more or less than 10 days.

    I bought the DVD and it did not come with any diet plan attached. I believe the diet plan can be found on her website.

    It's excellent - I didn't get through the first ten days (stupid knees) but am determined to do it once I've lost a little more weight - it was an awesome strength workout.

    I bought the DVD but it didn't come with a diet plan. Maybe someone else will be able to provide you with this.

    I didn't get a diet plan with mine and I bought the DVD..

    You do 10 days at level one, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days at level 3, then you're done!!

    You'll also need an exercise mat and hand weights (anywhere between 2 and 5kg, mine are 3kg and definitely feel heavy enough!)
