If your scales weren't accurate, then your starting weight was probably off by the same amount. Chances are your actual lb loss is still the same, chin up, you're still losing

6/27-Had a take it easy day! ( due to Radiation day 3) ate healthy! Drank lots of water, back on track tomorrow.
6/28 Felt fantastic today! Great, Fitbit steps, lots of water, healthy eating, smaller portions. Just could not sleep good due to steroids, 3 hours/ night -20 mins in the afternoon.

ROUND 3 FOR ME
Goals: 1. 3 lb loss to land in the 180’s (even if it’s hanging by edge of my teeth)
2. No Bingeing
3. No “cheat days” only “Earn days”. No “Earn Days” only “Earn Meals” which are much easier to bounce back from.
4. 10,000 steps per day. Mixed modes of exercise.
5. Lots of water, green tea daily, apple cider vinegar before carby meals.
6. Check my blood sugar daily for improvements.

6/27 192.4 going out of town today so tomorrow’s weight is not going to be good. Started this challenge with a 1.5 mile walk after dinner and a total of over 9000 steps for the day. Ate fairly healthy though my carbs were a bit over. Calories were good.

6/28 194.6 I knew this would happen. Restaurants are my weakness for sure! So much better to eat at home when you can!

6/27 - 63.1kgs. Been feeling great juicing while still having soups. I havent had too many tummy issues. since started 3 days ago. Although I had potato and leek soup as my breakfast and my tummy was staring to twinge again. Prob because of the cream, onion, leek, garlic (maybe chicken stock) in it?

6/27 82.5 kg (182 lbs) - this is actually slightly up from yesterday. Not surprising, as I had a work thing with drinks and also had 2 small but very high sodium fried snacks. Healthy main meals though.
6/28 82.6 kg - again, really slightly up although I was super strict with staying within my calories. Even weighed my tiny bowl of low-cal icecream for dessert. Gonna chalk this one up to natural fluctuations and/or maybe lack of water - must remember to hydrate!
6/29 82.2 kg (181.2 lbs) - better! Stayed within calories, ate very healthily, drank tons of water (was peeing ALL day) and killed it at the gym so have trouble walking now

but I'll take it! Now to not undo it over the weekend....

Hi Sue_01 - steroids suck, I know (non-hodgkins lymphoma survivor)... Good for you that you still stayed with eating healthy small portions, they made me want to eat ALL of the foods.

6/27:158.6 The day was fine, the night time was not. Snacking while watching tv is not good.
6/28:159 Didn't eat much today, hard to when the weather is 115 degrees. Did have 3.5 beers last night but I still managed to stay under my calories. I would not, however, recommend skipping food to have a drink. I am paying for it today, and for a lack of water intake, with a good ole headache, ugh. Tomorrow I want to get more water in.
6/29: 157.1 My daughter has a gymnastics competition today. Instead of counting on eating out and just blowing everything, I have planned a meal and am going to pack a cooler and take it with me. The kids and hubby can then get what they want and I will still stay on track! I am going to do this is time.

6/27: 71.9kg - Started off with a much larger breakfast than I'm used to so didn't have barely any calories left over for dinner, but dinner turned out to be less calories than expected so I only went over by a small amount
6/28: 71.9kg - Really good day generally, excluding when I got home from work and mindlessly found myself with a spoon in the nutella jar (this is the reason I don't normally have it in the house!)
6/29: 71.4kg - Very happy with myself for yesterday. Changed dinner plans and had a BBQ instead. Instead of eating all of the things, I forwent the burger and bun option and went for just the chicken, steak, and corn and was more than happy. And my OH bought custard slices which is my kryptonite. I checked the calories before cooking, and gave myself slightly more than I was going to have so it put me about 200kcals over my goal for the day (I have flexible goals, so this is just about acceptable considering my week) and I worked out what I could have still in that number. I have a problem with custard slices, which means I always eat both in the packet, but I only had one yesterday, and I was happy with it. And the meal completely killed my craving for takeaway I normally get at the end of the week (I can fit it into my calories) so I'm probably doing better for it than if I stuck with my original plan

6/27: 257.6 - started intermediate fasting 23/1 yesterday for these 10 days. It's not something I would do all the time but wanted to change up my routine for a bit.
6/28: 256.8 - yesterday was good! I stuck with the fasting schedule, stayed under calories and got in a walk.
6/29: 256.8 - yesterday wasn't a great day. I couldn't stick with the fast, I had to eat after 20hrs...was just too hungry. I did get a walk in though and lots of water.
