5'1". Down 64 pounds. I think I was 170ish in the first pic vs. 131 now. Lift heavy stuff and weigh your food.
Your pictures give me hope that the fat on my hips WILL eventually melt off if I keep going17 -
Not there yet but sharing my work in progress.
Left: Before- 187 lbs (Dec 2016) then got on mfp and got serious with the fat loss.
Right: After- 162 lbs (June 2018), Cico, walk, run and heavy lifting.
The toughest part is to stick with the plan. It got boring after 6 months, slow or no progress till 2-3 month was discouraging even slipped off for a long period and lost my streak. Getting back to the grind now to shed remaining 18 pounds.44 -

I lost over 100 lbs from January 11, 2017 to September 15, 2017... 8 months and 4 days. I started moving more, eating healthy & correct portions. I have maintained since with taking my weekends off (eating more freely without weighing and logging my food) and back to healthier choices first thing every Monday. Currently I weigh 161.8 lbs
Since I reached my 100 lb loss last year, I thought I'd also share a current photo. This was just taken June 12, 2018 on my 25th Wedding Anniversary.
Wow, Great job!! And beautiful dress I love it!!10
