4 times a week, an hour each time.

    What do I win?

marginal respect & lukewarm admiration ?

    I'll take it !!!!

    right?

    I can only dream......

    Yoga 6x a week
Walking for 1 hour on the treadmill at work 5x a week

In September I'll be switching to yoga 3x a week and lifting 3x a week and keep up with the walking.

Arms, abs & legs, every other day! So that if I've to miss a day, I'll get it done another day & without'ving to attempt to double my exercising or admit defeat!

Lately it’s been five days a week. Two days lifting only, two days lifting and cardio, one day cardio only.

Lifting 3 days per week, brisk walking for 1-1.5 hr daily and around 20 flights of stairs (during work week), running once a week. Occasionally I clean the house or hyperventilate so badly that it counts as exercise.

    Every day, I do:
30 minutes of advanced mat Pilates in the morning
60 minutes of walking during lunch
45-60 minutes of advanced Reformer Pilates in the evening

Walk every day. I shoot for 2 hours; anything over 90 minutes is acceptable. On days when the weather doesn't cooperate, I have a Gazelle Edge glider in my basement and do 70 minutes on it. It's not ideal, but it's better than nothing and it does burn calories.

Strength train with dumbbells ranging from 5 to 25lbs, 5 days a week, alternating between lower body and upper body/core days.

And this summer, I'm training to run my first 5K. The program is based off of C25K with three training days per week (one day a week with a fitness club's running group and then two days on my own).

I run almost everyday, average 55 miles a week. If I need a day off, I’ll still bike or swim.

I never work out. But sometimes I exercise.
