This challenge is for the people who have a problem with rebounding, we know how to lose weight and can do it but something happens and we start gaining again. Let's see how long we can go without gaining.

Well sometimes it's temporary weight, mostly occurred when body needs to adjust or heal muscle. It does way something.

I want to join. I have come within 5 pounds of my goal weight and then gain 6 to 8 pounds. It takes me a couple months to get back to where I was only to creep back up. I also have gained lost 60 to 70 pounds 3 times since my teen years so I really must stay strict. I want this year to be the year I reach my goal weight which is now 13 pounds away. I will log my weight and average weight every month and hope it is following a downward trend.
My name is Melissa and I am 37 years old with 2 young girls, a full time job and also part time courses in the evenings so life is 😜

Wonderful!! I’m so glad you’re here, Melissa.

These averages really work!! Removes the little ups & downs of the daily weigh-I s & you can see how you’re really doing :)

    Here are my numbers.
My average body fat according to my scale for Jan is 25.4 and MM is 38.7. Of course I know my scale isn't completely accurate but the numbers are going in the right direction! Looking forward to seeing the numbers in February.
