I made a Burrito Casserole, but I substituted Gardein's Ultimate Beefless Ground for the ground beef. You can find the recipe here - http://blogchef.net/burrito-casserole-recipe/. (I added more sour cream, so each serving ended up being 534 calories, but it was very filling).

Had some piri piri sauce over it too. :) it was delish and I didn't miss not having any starchy carbs. All followed by some te and dark chocolate

grilled steak, chicken, shrimp and slow pulled pork mixed with chunky guacamole, sour cream and thinly chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro in the meats, lots of grilled zucchini, yellow squash, potabello mushrooms, asparagus---soooooooo GOOD. Dessert: a bowl of Rainer cherries, watermelon chunks and black grapes. Something different tonight to drink...I washed it all down with 2 cups of hot black tea (I NEVER drink black tea without sugar), but today I did and it was quite nice!

LOL. Tonight was singularly unexciting. I had a tofurky sandwich on sourdough bread with spicy mustard and romaine. Side of carrot sticks and cucumber spears. Dessert was an orange.

Halved romaine drizzled with olive oil then grilled cut side down on the griddle pan. Drizzled with balsamic at the table. Air fryer chips (rinsed, dried, tossed in a plastic bag with a little potato starch, tossed with olive oil then air fried). Sea bass a la meuniere.

    Either breakfast for dinner:
2 eggs over medium/hard, 4 (maybe 5) pieces of thick rind on bacon, jasmine rice and buttered raisin toast (ice water to drink) cup or so of strawberries for dessert

    OR

    Pizza spaghetti
sauteed garlic (and lots of it), green pepper, sweet onion, mild Italian sausage drenched with Italian seasoning and other herbs and spices, spaghetti sauce, thin spaghetti noodles and mozzarella cheese. This spaghetti taste just like (if not better) than pizza. Side of roasted brocolli, purple cauliflower and shredded brussel sprouts. Ice water to drink and for dessert a cup or so of strawberries.
