Hi all!

I’m looking for an accountability partner. Man or woman doesnt matter! Specifically, I’m aiming to reduce calories, increase daily protein, and decrease sugar intake.

I lost a nice bit of weight, and I’m looking to lose about ten more pounds. Doing resistance training and cardio as well. Message me if interested!

I haven't made as much progress as I wanted, and school starts in a couple weeks. I've lost some weight, partly because I feel like I'm melting in this heat and humidity. My immediate goal is to lose enough weight to go down one size so I can wear clothes that I have in my closet and won't have to go shopping for a new wardrobe.

I moved to a small town a year ago, and there isn't much around in the way of gyms or personal trainers. I don't really want my students to see me huffing and puffing--at least until I start getting in shape, and I'm not a morning person. I have a little bit of exercise equipment at home I can use.

I could use an accountability partner, too. My fiance tries supportive, but he can't seem to relate to the issues of being a large size, like being overweight isn't so serious. Sometimes he'll ask me to do some physical activity with him that I can't do very well like riding bikes up and down steep hills. (It might be ok if I could figure out how to change gears.)
