Ok all you beautiful people looking to get healthier. So while we are about to embark on this journey, lets prepare for success. Take a look at what's in your kitchen to eat for meals and snacks. Lets plan out some meals to cook and some snacks that will keep you from running to a fast food place on the way home. Let's think about when we can fit 10min of exercise and lets sqeeze that in up to 6 times a day.

•8/13-19 • Wk 13 - 185.8 - holding with this fluid retention. Did not make my goal of 181 lbs, but I lost 10.4 lbs from my challenge start weight (196.2) and 13.8 lbs from the overall challenge start, week 1 weight (199.6) I started at Wk3. Thrilled!
