Love these challenges. Im going on holiday in september and as im nearly at goal weight i was going to give up MFP just before it, but i’ll see how much weight i put on whilst im away and may join in!0

I've been trying to lose a lot of weight for over 15 years and never been able to do it. I have always hating how I look a.d wanted to change it but even being under the care of a doctor, nutritionists, and personal trainer nothing has worked. I just keep gaining or losing a pound and gaining back 4. Someone told me that somehow posting my weight on websites and apps made a difference for them. At this point I try anything.7
