    Love these challenges. Im going on holiday in september and as im nearly at goal weight i was going to give up MFP just before it, but i’ll see how much weight i put on whilst im away and may join in!

    I'm in!!!! My birthday is November 29th and i just started my weight-loss journey this month. I would like to lose 25 lbs in total by my birthday. Is that too ambitious? i lost 7 lbs already. Ultimate goal is to lose 100lbs
