I want to see what I look like at 170lbs.1

My goal is to be at 190 by the end of August. I am thinking 5 lbs per month is a good goal, I should be at target weight by end of the year at that pace.0

I have 5 this week. Each week I reevaluate if they have become a habit - if so off one goes and on another.
1. I am changing diet up a bit as I had a stall for a week - do I modified my macros
2. HIIT training on M T and F as my macros will be higher carb those days
3. Mediate 5 minutes a day - up from 2
4. Get my 100 g of protein in a day - I struggle with this one
5. Workout 20 minutes stretching or yoga every morning - this week I was challenged to add a plank into the routine and see how long I can hold it - fun!0 -

Wake up alive, preferably and have a good day at work. Also spend some more time tomorrow re considering cheat days. I just had a solid 9 Maybe 11 days now on a cheat. I can't be trusted.0

@Motorsheen . . that's good! I do sets of ten with 50lbs of assist. Hopefully in a short amount of time I can do them unassisted. LOL either I have to get stronger or weight less . . both would be nice!0 -
Long term 42lbs loss. Short targets 7lb a time, to start couch to 5k and get started in my new garage gym1

I have a new goal. I made it today. As from Thursday I'm gona be sporting a very fancy water bottle, gona treat myself. And from now on I'l be drinking AT LEAST 2 litres of water a day. Maybe 4 if I'm working out. Might buy some squash to flavour the water from time to time. Y'know, keep it interesting.0
