    Just transferring some information over from my first 12 Week challenge.

    •5/21 • Wk 1 - 199.6
    •5/28 • Wk 2 -196.6
    •6/5-10 • Start Wk3 - (196.2)

    • 8/6-12 • Last week- Wk 12 - 185

    ▪Monday Update▪ 8/13 - 185.8 - fluid retention

    •8/13-19 • Wk 13 - 185.8 - holding with this fluid retention. Did not make my goal of 181 lbs, but I lost 10.4 lbs from my challenge start weight (196.2) and 13.8 lbs from the overall challenge start, week 1 weight (199.6) I started at Wk3. Thrilled!

    •8/20 - 184 - starting to drop that water weight!
