    Happy Sunday! 32 Days to Thanksgiving. Anyone still here? Hope you are all doing well.

    Was 77.5 kg in April and 77.1 kg in August. That’s less than a pound in 3 months.
    Now, with more than a week to go in October, hit 71 kg (156.5 lb) today.
    That’s 6.1kg (13.4 lbs) dropped since adoption of MFP daily logging.
