    I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty bummed about this. I even went to the gym 6 times last week and have been quite conscious about my calories. Here's to hoping it's water retention. Also, because my floor is uneven, I each time I weigh it it's a different number, so this still may be inaccurate...

    Hang in there! Stepping up exercise makes my scale go up temporarily, too, but we get stronger & then can exercise more easily and with more strength in the future!

    Many of us have found a 2-3 to even a couple week lag between our conscious calorie eating & the scale drop. Looking at long term averages tells the story! I look at monthly average weights,

    @MadisonMolly2017, Thanks! I just do what I need to do every day and accept what the scale tells me each morning. I have always been in tune with my body, but now have become more finely tuned. I don't stress over fluid retention (even though I post about it) and I don't crave foods. I am so much calmer about my weightloss this time. I sometimes thought, Oh, I won't make 5lbs this month, but it's not a problem. Goals, at times, seem to cause stress. So, no goals for me. I join the goal oriented challenges to document my loss by week.

    Oh awesome! Post away! Now I know :)
    And me too on all of the above!! Isn’t it comforting to be so much more at ease with this. Bodes well for our maintenance... have a wonderful day!

    August 18th: 191.8
    August 25th: 191.6

    I may weigh myself one more time at the end of the month. Otherwise I gained 1 lb this month for the first time since I started this.

    Hang in there. Plateaus happen. Your body may be adjusting. You may feel changes, weight shifting, clothes feeling looser even if the scale doesn't say so. Keep at it, things will move again.

    @ChangelsGood29, Congrats! Welcome to ONEderland!

    I couldn't believe it when I hit Onederland either. Even now, my mind is not fully wrapped around it. I see other challenge members weight in the low 200's and I think to myself, oh, they're the same weight as me. Smh. Gonna take me a while.

    I'm still working on restricting how much I eat and how late in the evening I eat. I'm stoked that it's working. I'm crossing my fingers for a 1 lb loss this week! I have not been exercising in the past two weeks but hopefully in Sept I can get back on track.

    It's been a little difficult these past few days since I hurt my shoulder (not sleeping the right way somehow). Thank goodness for moms! (She helped massage my shoulder the past Thursday and Sunday.)

    I’m gonna do some Google searches. Someone must have figured out some methods to help us with this!!

    @MadisonMolly2017, Its so very strange to have that perception of yourself. I certainly am interested to know the reason for it.
