    I made it with MFP. I think you need to be on a PC this. Can’t do it through the app. You can create your banner and MFP will give you the URL code to add to your posts.

    I was down to 190.6 lbs at the end of July and went way off track in August with all the stress of getting my daughter off to college. Need to get back on track now.

    9/4 - Missed my update yesterday! Weight is up one pound today. Retaining fluid as usual. Late night, not enough sleep, not enough water, early weigh in. :disappointed:

    9/10 - 180.8 - Nice to see this number. I've been up and down the low 180's the past week.

    I need to track down my tape so I can start adding measurements. Definitely see more definition all around, so no change in weight isn’t bad at all. I think I’ll likely track Monday weigh-ins.

    3rd month in. I am happy with myself for being consistent! :):)

    Total loss for August : 6.6 lbs

    Here is for September:

    Original starting weight: 176.4 lbs
    Ultimate goal weight: 122 lbs
    September starting weight (08.26): 158.3 lbs
    September goal weight (09.30): 152 lbs

    September 4 - 160.9 lbs - I just got back from a 1 week vacation in Italy... here is to hoping most of the gain is water weight (I had a lot of wine and pizza and tiramisu though)
    September 10 - 160.3 lbs - I had a difficult week and it shows :(. This week will be better though. I meal prepped for the whole week!
