First time joining. I would LOVE to lose 5 pounds this month, and every month till goal. I've been hovering between 176-179 for several months. I need to break through.

*Had Mexican food last night. Although I stayed in calories all week and even last night, the water retention from the high sodium Mexican food is real. I tend to retain water very badly. I feel next week I'll see a decent drop. I saw 175.0 two days ago so I know it's in my near future 😉

Up 2.2 lbs this week after overdoing it at my birthday celebration and having an incredibly stressful week at work. Hitting "re-start" today, and keeping my eye on the prize of 1 lb. weight loss by next Friday's weigh-in.
