Hi I’m starting this again, I would like to drop two dress sizes but will be co tent with losing a stone (14lbs) to start with. I’ve just finished a delicious Sunday dinner with a gorgeous apple crumble and custard for dessert and feel absolutely huge! Fitness and healthy eating starting tomorrow. 13 weeks until Christmas, if I lose a pound a week....

    You can do it!! Be faithful to logging your calories, and find an exercise routine that you can stick to. Find friends to join your workouts and tell the world your plan ... that keeps me honest to sticking to it. I check in from my gym or studio on Facebook every day, and while it’s repetitive for some, it’s inspired several to join me.

    That’s a great idea! I don’t use Facebook anymore but Instagram is my thing now! I’ve just logged my
    meals for the next two days. Now all I have to do is stick to it and get myself up and out early in the morning for a run 👍 Oh, and not buy anything sugary from the supermarket tomorrow 😉
