On the package of organic konjac rice it states it is 0% carbs for 130 grams but when I put it into my dinner the app shows it is 100% carbs! Which one is right? Feedback appreciated. Thanks.

I would double check against a few other entries, or google it.0

Looking around on the internet, it seems that Konjac rice is 100% fiber. That would mean that both the package and that MFP entry representation of carb percentages are acceptable by US labeling standards.
Fiber is a carb so it is 100% carbs but net carbs (which is total carbs minus [fiber and sugar alcohols]) would be zero.2
