Just started today :)

Hey y’all! So I’ve never really lifted weights. I tried to do NROLFW like 6 years ago when I had access to a gym but I didn’t make it very far. Fast forward to now, I’m a single mom with a 3 year old. I’m turning 30 next May and a couple of months ago I decided I wanted to enter my 30s healthy and happy and confident. I’m about 60 lbs overweight and up until now I’ve only been doing cardio a few days a week along with counting calories. I’ve been reading up on this program for a while and finally saved enough money and was able to purchase everything I need to do it at home! So anyway, I just completed workout A for the first time. It wasn’t very challenging but I know in a couple of weeks it will be a lot harder and I’m super excited about it. I’m not really that worried about “gains” at the moment lol I’m eating in a deficit (set to lose 0.5 lb/week). Have any of you ladies started out in a similar situation and had good results?
