Your yummiest low calorie snacks & meals!

So far my favourite snacks & meals that are pretty low in calorie are...

Supar free jello topped with light whipped cream. Super low calorie and totally satisfies if I’m craving sweet things!

Sugar free pudding topped with light whipped cream and mini Oreos!
If I want something a bit more delish.

Black Forest ham rolls, reduced fat crackers, laughing cow cheese and a couple pickles!

Lazy cabbage rolls in the slow cooker.

    Cauliflower rice with diced pepper and onion

    Broccoli steamed with a pinch of sea salt and a slight drizzle of Olive oil

    Smoked salmon and cucumber rolls

    Chanterelle/porcini mushroom omelette

    Stir fry has always been my go-to for low cal fun. I’m also a full time student and work full time and commute, so my time is a bit limited so I also like going for fast and easy.

    Like 3.5-4oz shrimp and 2.5 cups mixed veggies with various stir fry sauces usually land right around 300 cals and it’s a full meal.

    For snacks, I like to make fresh salsas and have them with a portion of tortilla chips (200ish cals).

    Watermelon, apple, yogurt, ice: 200cal smoothie

    And fruit snacks and dried fruit strips. 40-80cals each.
