Hey guys, if you are a beginner then please try to buy a food scale. It is very important when losing weight especially with MyFitnessPal, it helps you track your daily calorie intake. First find out how many calories you need to eat to lose/gain weight, add it to your MyFitnessPal calorie goal and from there you'll be set! Any questions? Please let us know! 😀

    On your phone, highlight the entry and there should be a pop-up asking if want to delete the entry

    Also, on the food diary to the right there should be a Dash "-" colored in red, click it and that will delete entries too.
