    I’m in! I’ll probably try for about 17 pounds since October is more than half over. I’ll have to post my starting weight tomorrow.

    Me too with the exhausted ...😖 its like a bad nightmare that I can't wake up from every time I see myself in the mirror 😣

    Anyone else find that the weight is making them not want to socialise or becoming reclusive?? I sound mad...but I've gotta know if this is just me going crazy or if this is normal.... I get so stressed just walking outside or out of my room because it's so much effort to sustain a facade all day 😵😱😰

    My first week check-in and sadly 😭 haven't lost any weight.
    This coming week I will change up my meal plan and lower my calorie count. I still believe I can lose 20 lbs by Feb 1st and complete this challenge. I can do this!! 😂

    Challenge start weight: 294 lbs ( Oct 14)
    Challenge goal weight: 274 lbs
    Ultimate goal weight:. 198 lbs

    kind of. I feel like if I lose weight I’d have more energy do things. I think it’s normal :)
