Hi All, new to myfitnesspal here... bear with me...
Is it just me or do the macro percentages in my nutrient breakdown not line up with the actual amount of each macro I have eaten? Does anyone have an explanation for this?

Without knowing what you've eaten its hard to say for sure... but just fyi - the macros are in grams, but the %s represent portion of total cals.1

I don't use the app but you should be able to switch from % of daily intake to grams somewhere in the settings if you would prefer to track grams of each macro.0

One gram of protein or carbs is 4 calories each, one gram of fat is 9 calories. Your macro percentages look fine to me.0
