HI, I have been doing this for about 2 weeks and I love keeping track of what I intake it really makes you look at what you eat! My question is.... my goal is 1200 cal/ day but then I burn 600 cal... so am I supposed to still stop at 1200 cal? why does it tell me that I have more cal to go when I burn the weight???? PLEASE ANYONE??

At least, I can say I eat the burned calories. I also take it easy in tracking the burned calories, try not to overestimate them, that is. Good luck in your journey.0

I try to eat as many of my burned calories as I can. If you consume too few calories, the app tells you that you're in "starvation mode."
My daily goal is 1200 too, but if i burn 400-500 at the gym, I try to eat as many of those back (healthy choices of course!)
