Welcome back :) OMG, 68lbs totally rock!

I’ve learned so much on this journey. Have lost 75 lbs in the past, in early 2000s. Funny enough, I kept logs of my training and nutrition. Looking back, that method was not sustainable. A fasting lifestyle is superior, in my opinion.

Train less, eat more, feel better. Just amazing.

Thank you for welcoming me back. Wow, you have been super super successful! So great that you found your groove. Fingers crossed that we can all do as well as you :)

    You are most welcome.

Thank you. I’m kind of bashful, but will share pics at some point. Obviously, I’m not the dude in my avatar.

  • This is an amazing result. You must be very proud. :0)

Thank you. One second, one minute, one hour and one day at a time.

Thanks. It's so awesome to know OMAD is in my back pocket to maintain, once my goal has been achieved.

    ❤👍🤝
  • Ah maintenance... Looking forward to it, not really in terms of the OMAD eating but more to reach the weight I would feel comfortable at. Great job, success well deserved!

68 pounds! That's fantastic. What does that loss feel like physically? I'm always amazed at how heavy my suitcase is when I travel and when weigh it....it's only 50 pounds. I can barely lift it up to get it down the stairs and then I think: dang I'm carrying this on my body all day long every day! :o

Hello! I've been traveling and lost track of time. This place is a safe haven for me.

    To answer your question:

Cardio exercise is too easy at my former pace, have to add an incline or weight vest.

My back no longer hurts, along with my joints.

    Mercy, the mood improvement!

I feel light, walking or working.

Two weeks into fasting, my energy level skyrocketed. I am 45, but feel 25.

Wow! All great points. I'm trying to imagine feeling all that. I do have plenty of energy, I don't really feel my weight bearing down on me but it's gotta be. I've never had back aches or problems with my joints...but I keep thinking of that heavy 50 pound suitcase dispersed all over my body. I can't wait to be walking on clouds. Congrats to you for sticking with it. :)

Thank you, been a crazy month, again.

    SW 277 - February 2018
    CW 201 - November 15, 2018

    Goal weight: ripped

I won't go over my current routine, it works for me, but feel it could cause problems. Totally healthy, but for the hardcore.

Changing back to standard OMAD on the holiday weeks. Various forms of fasting otherwise.

    Hope everyone is well.
