aside from "this week" though, im thankful for getting closer to inner peace.
its like you go through life and you end up with all these strings attached to you.
sometimes those strings will hold you up, but sometimes they'll end up strangling you at the same time.
you just gotta figure out which ones to cut, and i feel like i've finally done that this year in a lot of ways.11 -

Everything. From basic things like getting a good nights sleep, to waking up another day, being healthy and capable to do what I do, being happy.
More serious things are for my oldest dog who who has way outlived her bone cancer diagnosis last February (she is flourishing instead of declining) and I am super thankful for my first grand child 'he' is due on Christmas day.
And I have the entire week off.. life is good.3 -
Every night before I fall asleep and every morning I wake up I think about how thankful I am to have a safe place to call home, my loving husband, my family and friends, my dog and cat, my health, abundance of food and water, a good education, jobs... I am so grateful.4

I'm thankful for my son who teaches me to appreciate the little things because to some they are enormous. And how he is growing up so well and above many of his limitations set by doctors etc....he is strong, smart, happy and my light...always!💕
I'm thankful that my mom gets mammograms even at 80 and her cancer is so small the doctor is very positive or will be easy and effective removal...I'm not quite done with needing her ❤
I'm thankful for my sister and bff who started out as my first real baby doll, to following me around to my very best friend in the world and mom of my niece + nephew, she makes me be a better me and laugh like no one else can❤
I'm thankful that though we aren't together Nicks dad and I work a team for him and put aside all the animosity for the most part, and that he is always daddy and I'm always mommy first. Also that his health issues are in remission...he and I need to live forever💕
I'm thankful for my two brothers even though one of them and I don't talk, his choice, they both struggle with issues and I know are good people who love me and my son and our mom❤
I'm thankful for my guardian Angel posse who watch out for Nick and I....Dad, Daniel and the rest of my extended family💕
Lastly but not least my friends irl and here...I'm so glad I joined back at mfp because I've made some very cherished friends who get me and some amazing people who I enjoy daily because laughter to me, along with eating right and exercise, is the best medicine....for me anyway...spent too many years mostly crying to not appreciate it all!❤

I am thankful for everything in my life. The good that has inspired me and the bad that has shaped me. The love that has lifted and protected me and even the hate that has taught me what not to be. I love my life and very thankful for it.4

I am probably more thankful for challenges than those things that have come easy. Struggles have shaped and prompted me to grow. Loss helped me to see how much I truly have to offer others.5

I'm thankful for my 2 daughters. They are my favorite people ever and I don't know what I ever did in life to deserve having them. They're both so smart and funny and entertaining. I was never as cool as they are. It's a beautiful thing to learn more about life from people younger and less experienced than you. Their love has held me together from completely falling apart so many times.9
