    @Crochetluvr, Welcome to the challenge! It's not a new 12 week challenge though. @Tenishak34, who started the 12 week challenge Aug 26th, has not returned since September. I started a different weekly challenge, that I hope will be much different than just posting our weights each week.

    1/20 - ***I got 6 hrs and 45 mins sleep last night, woot hoot, that’s about normal for me. I’ll call that a win for me, sometimes I’ll only get around barely over 5, :( ***
    1/21 - I got 7 hrs and 58 mins, I got to bed early and was able to sleep past 6 am, 👍🏼👍🏼

    Thanks for the welcome. I would follow Tish anywhere! I have been so back & forth all of Autumn but I never give up. I want to be as accountable as possible through these holidays to minimize the damage. My journey isn't over yet and I look forward to all the great information I know this challenge will bring. BTW Happy Thanksgiving to you.

    @deepwoodslady, Happy to see you here Donna! We're gettin OUT of these 170's. I don't feel impatient about it yet, but I am getting tired of the back and forth fluctuations.

    @tootieoakley, So close to goal Trish! That is great!

    @GrandmaJackie, Jackie, WOOT! Call it an 8 hr nights sleep! I began to give in to my tiredness a week ago and go to bed at 10pm. It felt so good to wake up rested, that I started doing everything that keeps me up until 11pm and beyond much earlier. Even though I still have a middle of night bathroom run😏 I've been getting 7-8 hrs of sleep.

    Yes, Everyone enjoy this long weekend with good food and family. And the holiday shopping! OH MY!

    CHALLENGE #1/ SLEEP 💤😴 8 HRS NIGHTLY ~ The first holiday is over! You survived. Barely you say? You're gonna be alright. Now get some sleep 😴 Too tired and sleepy at the end of the day, 😩 yet you will not go to bed? Texting, gaming, watching TV, reading, crafting, shopping online, etc. 😵 In bed by 10pm is the challenge. For one week, let's put all the distractions away 📺📴 and GO TO BED. Don't take the cellphone or tablet. 📵 Note to self. Lol. 💤Good night💤
