11/16 - 176.6
11/17 - 176.6
11/18 - 176.8 Normal Fluctuations are still disappointing.
11/19 - Travel. No weigh.
11/20 - 178.6 Well, there it is. I’m singing the traveling blues. I got all my Home Depot items and trim boards. Also, shopped for all my Thanksgiving food. I even managed to pick up a few Christmas presents for two of my DGS’s. So 1.8 lbs is not all I picked up. Hair dresser appointment today for perm. I’ll be stuck in the chair with little movement for hours, but at least I can’t be stuffing my face. We have decided that our dinner will be on Sunday because my girls also have their in-laws to go to, some living quite far. I have a few days for correction on this bloat. Now, I am off to catch up on reading the posts.
11/21 - 174.6 Huge whoosh! Results of egg fast and parsley water. It still tastes like swamp water but it’s soooooooo worth it! I’m saving my carbs and calories for my Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday. Next round I will be battling it back down, but clearly it’s possible! Thrilled here.

This is my sixth round. I am starting not to freak out as much over the daily fluctuations. Went up a little bit at the end of last round, so 2.5 isn't too unreasonable. On the other hand, I've been pushing a 1000 calorie deficit for 2.5 weeks now and I think I'm going to have a slightly smaller deficit this round.

11/14 166.5 -- Phew. I was super hungry and craving sweets and honestly everything yesterday. Kept trying to have a healthy filling something and it was all subtraction stew. Jogged in place at 10 pm to finish my steps and cover my extra snacking, so still had a big deficit. Glad to see that my indulgence in a scone did not move the scale the wrong way!!
11/15 166 -- Nice to see. Interesting observation: I am doing a monthly support group with a weekly weigh in. In that group I had a 3 lb loss last week, despite only a 1 lb loss in Round 57. Then this week, having finished round 58 with a 3 pound loss, I posted a .5 pound gain. Puts things in perspective about daily fluctuations! On another note NSV--three people at the gym yesterday independently commented on how good I looked and the weight I had lost. I've lost 33 lbs since June. I don't think the first 20 were so noticeable, but now there is a difference!
11/16 165.5 -- Hungry again yesterday. Somehow the low carb hamburger casserole that I made tasted good but felt more like subtraction stew. Don't think I will make that again! Combatted the hunger by going to zumba! So I guess that was a win!
11/17 164.5 -- What a nice surprise! Hopefully it's not just that I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Forgot to drink during the day, so guzzled before bed! Had a lovely breakfast with my husband and youngest this morning. Bacon & spinach & cheese omelet. After being hungry for 3 days, I was full after half the omelet and two slices of bacon, so I saved the rest for later. Have a great weekend everyone!
11/18 163.5 -- Whoosh! Clearly I should take a rest day and sit around more often!
11/19 166 -- Celebrated my husbands birthday. So I stood around all afternoon making cake, instead of exercising. And then I ate the cake. Only half a piece....only 200 over calories (which is still less than maintenance) but clearly carby. Hopefully it goes away as quickly as it came!
11/20 165.5 -- Probably shouldn't eat the cake, even when I have calories to spare if I want this number to go down faster. Exercised a bunch yesterday.
11/21 164.5 -- That's better. (Actually, the scale showed 164 twice, this number twice...fingers crossed!) Now to keep that or go a little lower for tomorrow...and then pie. Clearly not a great plan!

Purposely committing now as this is a rough/tough time of year to stay strong! Accountability is so important!
Starting weight: 121.8
Day/Weight/Comment
11/14 - 121.0
11/15 - 122.6 / Not how I wanted it to go, but expected. How I ate yesterday directly shows how I eat when I don’t sleep well the night before. On the bright side, I slept well last night! Plan is to not eat unless I’m truly “hungry” and then stop when I’m not!
11/16 – 123.8 / I’m taking ownership of this ☹ Not the way I wanted it to go but I know a lot of it is probably water retention. It’s a mind game for me. Recommitting.
11/17 – 123.8
11/18 – 121.1 / Love how eating right gets results.
11/19 – 121.1 / Great visit with doc today – she’s an amazing woman who is an inspiration to me.
11/20 – 121.1
11/21 – 120.2 – I am looking for a non-impact exercise routine. I’d like a strength & aerobic (alternate days), but absolutely hate jumping. So many of the programs (online and DVD) have a “go-to-the-point of exhaustion” mentality and I’m not just at that point in my life any more!

Day/Weight/Comment
11/14 146.6 I'M BAAAAACCCK! I was worried about weighing myself this morning because LNS took over and I ate a couple of chocolate bars before bed, on top of that I had a rest day when it came to exercising (even though Sunday was my last rest day and I usually don't have one so close to the other) but I am so happy I am back to down to the weight I was at before the weekend destroyed me. I will be getting back at it today! Yesterday I was emailed my schedule for winter, beach volleyball and it starts on Tuesday...I am so excited but so nervous, haven't played since elementary school lol so needless to say it will be a lot different and I don't want to let anyone down in case I am not the best player. We will have to see.
11/15 145.6 worked out, drank a little over 1 liter of water and ate under Calories. So far so good, just planning to keep this going throughout the whole round this time Lol
11/16 146.4 I was feeling bloated yesterday but didn't think much of it because I recorded a loss but when I woke up this morning, still feeling bloated I decided to look at my cycle calender and realized my TOM is due today. No wonder I have been craving chocolate like a mad women (although having a piece here and there I am impressed with my own will power not to go over the edge) I also developed a new craving I have never had before; peanuts, cashews, almonds etc. Thank goodness I have some unsalted, raw ones to munch on. Although they are still high in calories and fat at least im not over killing my sodium but at the same time it did result in over eating my calories by about 100 but that's ok. I also worked out and drank over 1 liter of water. This fluctuation shouldn't last long
11/17 146. 5 hours of beach volleyball for practice...maaannn I am sore
11/18 no scale -mindlessly ate break fast before weighing so opted out on the weigh in. Ever since last wekend I haven't seemed to get my food under control, I am still exercising but I need to really watch my calories, especially my fat which has been crazy high lately. TOM arrived and now that that is out of the way (precraving wise) i am looking to get everything back on track. NO EXCUSES JUST RESULTS!!
11/19 148.4 that's what happens when you mindlessly eat all weekend. Stress from my aunt being rushed to the hospital and it isn't looking too good.
11/20 no weigh in. I am a little behind on posts and other MFP updates, my aunt died this morning at 3 am. Has been a difficult weekend. I will try and watch what I eat and exercise but I am currently not caring about my weight at the moment. I will still be logging on and I will try to keep up with everything. Tonight I decided not to cancel my first volleyball match. Thought maybe getting away for a few hours would be good so I wouldn't be thinking about anything, not to mentioning couldn't hurt to hit a few balls along the way lol
11/21 147.4 volleyball was good yesterday, was able to get all my frustrations out. Today has been long, I got some shopping done but I haven't been eating well and if I wasn't eating I was sleeping. Now I am up with so much energy I might end up working out to at least combat my emotional eating. I think I am shooting for a matienence this round and when I get sick of being stuck I might just end up restart my strict plan again. My aunt's son is sixteen and every time I think of him it breaks my heart, not to mention her extremely lost husband. My family is in rough shape, especially my mom (her sister). Last night I went on Facebook for the first time all day and one of those memory reminders poped up on my screen from 8 years ago and it was a picture of my aunt blowing a kiss at the camera...i know it's not fate just because the day I posted the picture happened to be the same day she past but i still took it as a message from her, like a final good bye. It really put me at piece, even though the hardest day (saturday) hasn't happened yet. I don't mean to bum whoever reads this but if there is anything I wanted this post to represent it's thanks and love to your loved ones. After the crazy shopping, dinners and deserts are done being cooked and served please give an extra hug to each one of your family members,
11/22

Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

11/14 143.9 ~ (Steps 22,368) ~ Well yesterday started out fantastic only ending going to the ER last night. I decide to buy, cucumbers, grapefruit, limes, lemons to make a refreshing water drink. While I was slicing the veggies, my hand slipped, two of my fingers, the top layer hit the blade. I’m thankful it could of definitely been worse. Unfortunately it was my left hand so my activity is limited for a couple weeks.
11/15 144.5 ~ (Steps 19,649) ~ I don’t understand the gain, . I did everything right. 😈😫😭
11/16 142.8 ~ (Steps 20,800) ~ Yesterday was extremely hard not to snack throughout the day but I ended up taking a walk instead. It helped actually.
11/17 142.8( ~ (Steps 20,641) ~ I had a good productive day,
11/18 I’m not weighing in,

@abowersgirl, my condolences to you and your family.3
-
@abowersgirl, I'm so sorry for your loss.4
-
@abowersgirl, Right now, in your grief, you and your family talk about the wonderful person that your Aunt was. It helps so very much in beginning to ease the pain. Especially for your cousin. 💓
@GrandmaJackie, I almost cannot believe its time for the next round! I really cannot believe how fast November has gone by. Wasn't it just halloween? Thank you for the heads up!5 -

I'm a huge fan the Darebee workouts. https://darebee.com/
You can take any of them at your own pace and only do the number of sets you feel comfortable with. Some are easier than you expect and some (like STAR MASTER), are deceptively hard, at least for me! https://darebee.com/workouts/starmaster-workout.html3 -
