    I didn't get to my goal and I HAD hoped to get into the 160's but its ok.....I am far from finished. I lose it slow and steady and I will keep it off. The holidays will make it harder but time is on my side. I hope everyone reaches their ultimate goal one day! Thank you for this challenge!!

    Sept 26: 174.8 -3.8 lbs. The comeback kid! Whew!!! I blew my 6 lb goal this month, but ended closer than I thought I would!

    Oct 24:……. 179.2 Too much travel this week. More to come. Going to Univ hospital about 4 hours from home for my cancer re-check and mammograms. Hoping for the best! I will have my work cut out for me when I get home Thurs night.

    Oct 31:……. 177.2 Mammogram turned out great. I am still in remission. I can’t believe I pulled off a loss this week with all the traveling I have done! I am still down from the beginning of the month so that is disappointing.
    I will do much better in the week to come.

    Final Challenge Thoughts: While I didn’t come near my goal, I did lose a little in the right direction. Every little bit helps. I thought summer would be the most challenging, but September and October have been the worst since I started my journey. I’m just glad I didn’t get a gain and keep it.! I look forward to the next challenge that @tiabirdie56 started yesterday.
