    I went to Trader Joe’s to get my traditional German Christmas treats before they sell out. Of course, I had to sample the goodies. Was up and working for job and school for 20 hours yesterday/last night and another 1 am deadline today. I can only hope that it will help me change my situation come next May.

    Having surgery on my heel next week. I'm in for a bit of recovery. I will need to really focus on nutrition to just not gain at this point it looks like!

    My house is upside down while the bathrooms, living room and dining room are decorated. I don’t even know where my scale is this week! Another week of this and hopefully the scales will reappear.

    Although: chocolate is happening more than it should :-/
