I was 120 this morning. Back pain is limiting the intensity of my exercise. Or, as I asked during my zumba yesterday "How do you like my little old lady dance?"2 -
95 this morning, been a little high (between 100 and 110) for about a week due to not lifting as much because of my knee being weird. It's kind of disconcerting how much I depend on lifting heavy to keep my numbers down, lifted heavy yesterday and right back under 100.1
