I've been doing the 100 pushups challenge - www.hundredpushups.com - and it's been EPIC for my abs. I know it's an arm work out but it's essentially 4-7 minutes of planks at the same time - hitting your abs all around and challenging you with balance.

Here's a neat ab workout from Body-Rock TV I use sometimes, it pretty much works all your ab muscles

This may sound like a silly question but I will explain why I need to ask it... This 30 day shred dvd... does it involve a lot of "jummping" around? I live in a VERY old rental home just walking normally the whole house shakes and the floors creak so I can't do anything too intense inside the house.

That is not silly at all. I was thinking the other day, that it is a good thing I dont live in an apt. The whole workout isnt jumping but there is some....jumping jacks etc

decline push-ups from the stability ball (feet on the ball, hands on the ground).
push-ups with feet on the stability ball and hands on a bench
    plank
    side plank
    climbers
    burpees
    spiderman push-ups

add 10-15 second sprints before each exercise to make it a high intensity interval work-out.
