Can ANYONE tell me why my Fitbit won't sync my data?.

    It says it's connected to my Fitbit , but it is not adding my active minutes or steps or burned calories. :(

    I get that sometimes too, I usually just wait a bit and try again

    Mine doesn't sync either. Been trying for two weeks.

    Are you talking about syncing here or syncing with Garmin? I have had issues with my Garmin refusing to upload runs. I was told that the watch memory was full and old runs needed to be deleted every couple of weeks.

    I too have syncing issues, sometimes it syns but others not, hasn’t synced my steps for 3 days and had to manual enter my exercise

    Fitbit launched an update recently and my charge 3 has stopped syncing. I tried everything and now the fitbit app can't even find my tracker. I have messaged fitbit but no response yet but then it is Christmas so.....

    Hopefully I can get something sorted out in the New Year. So frustrating. I miss my dashboard and link to MFP.
