Fitbit app and MyFitness

I’m trying to connect MyFitnessPal with my Fitbit, but I keep getting messages that my Fitbit is already connected with another MyFitnessPal account..how can I find the other MyFitnessPal account to delete it??

    Did you find a solution? I have been fighting this for days, have tried everything suggested on this forum, no luck. My account does not show that a Fitbit is connected but I still get the same message. Can anyone help?

    Did you buy your Fitbit second hand? If yes, the other person has to delete it from their account.
