Weighed 225 lbs in 2014. Extremly over weight and felt miserable. The before pic here was after I lost the weight.12

Started in 2017. Lost about 55 pounds. Back up 15. Started again fresh January, 2. Looking to lose the weight I’ve gained first, then evaluate from there. The first set of photos is my before and after at my lowest, and the second is my current.113 -

From 201 lbs in June to 161 lbs now. Body Fat loss from 24% down to 15.6% today.
It’s been a great 6.5 months. So motivated to continue the journey. Hope y’all are crushing your goals as well! If not...just keep at it, you will! Dedication and motivation...and you can do anything you set your mind to!!!94 -

These are inspiring, thanks! I haven't hit my goal weight yet, but yesterday a friend sent me a photo she ran across of me from about 8 years ago when I weighed probably 25 pounds less. GOD I looked so much better. That was really motivating.10

Before and during. Here is about 60lbs down.
And here is 70lbs down as of today! (Face) I definitely still have a LONG way to go, but it’s a start!

First picture is in 2012 at @ 200lbs playing Wii with friends...after picture was taken 2017 at @ 135lbs. I've actually lost another 15 from this last picture. I'm still of the mindset that every picture looks bad so it's hard to find any pictures of me. Been maintaining since about 2015.60 -
Started January 11, 2017 at 260 lbs. Lost over 100 lbs in 8 months and 4 days by changing what and how much I ate and moving more. Started maintaining Sept 16th, 2017 and have managed that exceptionally well for more than 15 months with taking my weekends off from weighing/logging my food and the gym. Always right back to it Monday mornings. Just recently decided I am going to lose a little more. Hunting down 145.

I've gained about 35-40lbs in 7 years. So this is my come back photo, I'll get that off.
I went from 250lbs at 5'1 to 117lbs and now 155lbs.
