Mines calisthenics as I love the fact my body is my gym and I can train anywhere.

Love when I deadlifting and my heart rate just starts racing like I've just ran a mile and I'm starting to drench and starting to feel swole and veins just become more pronounced in the mirror. Then hop on the elliptical and crank out a 40 minute session at heart rate of 140 BPM average.0
