Is there a problem with late night snacking if you have already calculated that into your allotted calories for the day? I eat two pieces of reduced fat cheese every night before bedtime (140 total calories). Is it worse to have calories later at night than say...two hours earlier? Just curious.

I think I'm going to start fasting from 7 pm to 11 am in the morning so I can be successful

    Great idea!

140 cal is not what we call late night snacking here - we refer to uncontrolled and high calorie snacking. Cheese is not increasing your insulin level, as far as I know, so it's not a problem at all. You just avoid having a growling stomach that won't let you sleep right. So perfectly fine, @CindyJNC1963

Yes, today is another day, so start anew and keep working on it. This is why we are doing this challenge!

I was strong! Maybe too strong, since I woke up in the middle of the night hungry... Might be the 1/2 grapefruit I ate last... Well, it happens

I did eat after dinner, but I didn't go over calories (surprisingly), so...not a bad start.
