    seems like a very definable reasonable goal. I'm 215 and change so 205 would be great. heck right now I'd take 210 because at least the scale is on a downward trend rather then the recent upswing that has been so prominent for the last several months. But the goal is 205 by 2/14/19

    I can do this! I am in a 1200 calorie deficit and my current weight is 147. My goal.weight is 125.

    I still wonder about that 6 lbs overnight drop. The variations are crazy!

    Ok so I decided to bite the bullet and weigh this morning. So I'll will be doing my weigh ins on Fridays. Hoping to get under 200 by challenge end.

    CW: 210.4
    Challenge goal: 199.8
    Final goal: 126ish

    @sassysmom35 You are my challenge twin. I had put starting weight 210 and GW 199 ie Onederland.
    I did the same as you, started logging food but didn't step on scale not to get discouraged by the number. I estimate I have lost 20 lbs already.
    I am 5ft7. My UGW is 130ish

    That's awesome. Except for height we are total twinsies! That'll make it even more fun to have someone similar in so many ways. Do you mind if I add you as a friend?

    Hi Jen, I would do this! Add me on here and we can share FB info to form a group. I like the format on FB- it's a little more personal. (Of course that's exactly what some people are trying to avoid, but they just won't join.)

    I’m in for 6 lbs by 2/14. Have two vacations scheduled in there so will try to incorporate more walks and fewer umbrella drinks.

    So far so good, just trying to be mindful. Cutting out sugary drinks, trying to get more steps in and backing off on any leftover christmas snacks.

    Not sure if I can achieve this in time but I need a kick start! I'm 66 and a petite shortie.....don't have a lot to lose but need to have more control over my crazy eating habits. Current Weight: 125; Challenge Goal: 115; Ultimate Goal: 110. My goal really is to feel better about myself!

    Personal goal for Valentines Day => break out of 140's

    SW this challenge: 144.6
    Dec 21: 143.3 (-1.3 so far)
    Dec 28: 144.4 (- 0.2 from SW .... with 4 big meals over the past 14 days, I consider this a maintain-so-far)
    Jan 04: 143.7 (- 0.9 from SW .... weighed in ~ 4 hours earlier than last week so even better than number indicate!)

    I'll join! But I should probably aim for 8 lbs instead of 10 but we shall see where I end up.

    SW: 200 lbs
    CW: 151.8 lbs
    Challenge goal: 142-144 lbs

    Update!

    I am now 148.4 lbs so a loss of 3.4 lbs. My anniversary is tomorrow and we are going to a Brazilian steakhouse so I'm expecting a water weight increase afterwards which usually takes me several days to flush out. Not going to let it deter me though!

    I think it's just being female and peri-menopause...it was always bad with the monthly water swings, but it's getting worse as I age.

    I need to get back on the scale at some point this weekend.
